Paul Teeuwen is partner and shareholder in the MVDC-construction company and in other projects like the Elkridge Development. Starting as sales manager for Creeksidepark in 2006 he became director of all MVDC-companies in 2010. The combined qualifications of the owners consist of several decades experience in the construction industry. There are no short cuts in any of the projects overseen by Paul Teeuwen and Wim Zuydervelt. This is evident in the homes of Creekside Park.
